Marriage Celebrant:    Repeat after me.

I ask the people here present to witness that I take you to be my lawful wedded husband, my angel, my solid rock, my sunshine, my love. I bless the day we found each other and I am eternally grateful for having you by my side. I promise to share my life with you and to grow old with you, to laugh with you and to cry with you, to stand by your side and to sleep in your arms, to bring joy to your heart and food for your soul. I promise to love you with all my heart in good times and in bad times completely and forever. I love you.

Like this bride why not create your own personal vow or you can choose a vow from my personal collection of Wedding Vows:

A short and simple one out of my collection

I call upon everyone here present to witness that I will take you to be my lawful wedded wife/husband. I promise to love you, in good times and in bad times, completely and forever.

The vows used in a marriage ceremony are legally crucial.

The words set out in Section 45 (2) of the Marriage Act 1961 are the minimum vows that must be exchanged by the couple:

"I call upon the persons here present to witness that I, A.B. take thee, C.D. to be my lawful wedded wife (or husband)."...

After that legally binding vow you can add extra words and promises to personalize your special vows.

With my expertise and creativity I am happy to help you to find the Vow that is perfect for you.
